Majestic Sunrise
Sunlight kisses the peaks rising above Buena Vista, Colorado.

I have to thank a friend I had met at a recent workshop for getting me up this morning for sunrise. Mike Sherman came up form Dallas to escape the heat and take in some of the Colorado scenery. After dinner last night we came up with a plan for me to show him around the area this morning. We headed up to a favorite location of mine east of Buena Vista for sunrise. I hadn’t been there in years. After a nice cleansing shower late last night, a few clouds hung around to put on a show this morning over the Collegiate Peaks. It was nice to get out and enjoy the morning so close to home.
